Certain days are set aside as a School Development Days.  These days are sanctioned by the Department of School Education to be student free and are intended as times for staff to discuss in depth issues affecting the teaching/learning processes of the school.  These days are advertised in the school newsletter and parents are welcome to join staff in their discussions.

They usually occur on the first day of Terms 1, 2 and 3, and the last two days of Term 4.
